Lina the Lion Fish

Meet Lina the Lion Fish mermaid.

I used the cut out tool on photoshop to add more effect to my initial watercolour pieces. I really like how this makes them look like they’re printed almost. I also like the messiness of the colours and shapes. I feel to improve I could add finer little details or just leave them as they are.

Septemner 5: Sleepy

Trying out different styles on Procreate. I’m also going to do a watercolour version but so far I really like the cartoon black outlined one as I feel this looks a lot more bright and colourful to cater towards children.

Hermit crab with a plastic bottle cap in place of its shell. I feel this just like the turtle piece communicates the tragedy of plastic to these creatures.
