So you can't find a GM...
The biggest obstacle that a TTRPG faces (besides scheduling) is finding someone to run the game. Running a game can be intimidating; there are rules to learn, scenes to set, NPCs to control... Luckily, with Oceans Deep, you don't need one!
Instead, one (or more) of the players take on the role of 'The Anomaly' while the others play the crew members of the submarine, each with their own special abilities. The anomaly is not responsible for setting the scene, the goal, and the challenge rating; these are decided by the Deck of Situations. For example, the card could describe the setting (at breakfast in the cafeteria), the goal of the anomaly (to do physical damage to the crewmates), and the challenge rating (must role equal to or above a four to succeed for crewmates, or equal to or above a three for the anomaly).
