✧・゚* 1/11/21 || 7/180 Days of Productivity *・゚✧
Today was a more physical productivity day as I wanted to start and end the day with good and healthy intentions! Grabbed a shower an hour before my lesson and ate some breakfast (first time in ages!) before doing three hours of chemistry. I made some fajitas which were super tasty then went for a good nap.
Had a DBT session which was really helpful before my psychology lesson which was not too strenuous so I just chilled for an hour before my cheerleading classes!
Started off by doing an hour of just stretching and light conditioning before doing an amazing dance class and stretch class which I know is going to help me improve miles over lockdown!
Didn’t do as much revision today which is okay because sometimes it’s good to have a little break and do smaller tasks!
