Hide and Seek~
He supposed he was good at this. Hiding behind a rose bush near the large manor the boy hid, plucking petals from the ground, gathering them in the bottom of his shirt. All the pretty petals gathered, he peered at the rest of the garden with glee. Oh what an opportunity! No nanny, just himself. He looked left. Then right. And bolted free, laughing as he trespassed, playing in the beautiful garden of Earl Phantomhive.
Work shenanigans~
She was utterly exhausted from her day of reaping. Not even tea or a boiled sweet could save her now.
Margaret had fallen asleep roughly fifteen minutes ago, reapers o either side of her cubicle only peering in when they heard her fall to the floor, the stack of papers and folders flying.
The young reaper meanwhile, was quite content with cuddling the file she was reporting on, ink smearing as she drooled, curled up half under her desk.
babysitting~
The female demon rapped on the large wooden door; no easy feat with two young children in each arm. Two were clinging to each other, and their mother. The other two silently squabbled for a comfortable position.
"Really. This is stupid." The stocky blue haired woman growled, knocking with haste again. "And he had to be away. Right now. Stupid pet." Four little fists reached out, small palms slapping against the wood, giggling at the sound the pitter patter their hands made against the door. "Cease that this instant you four." Stepping back from the door, the youngsters ceased their tiny mischief, staring with interest at the door.
A Chance Encounter
Kage lay on the sofa, legs sprawled open as if he were a lazy drunk. He had just flown in from long negotiations in the next town, and he was regaining his strength from the long flight. He had discovered his family and Leida's servants had all gone out for the day to the shopping district. He decided it would be best to rest up before they returned, but the knock at the door intruded both on his rest and thoughts. He raised his hand at the servant who approached the door. "It's alright, Kurama. I've got it."he replied, standing and fixing himself to look presentable. He opened the door and smiled at the woman who faced him. "Hello there. How may I help you?"
Newbie Training 101~
Having just graduated from the academy, and in turn, halfway between moving from the human realm to find a place in the reaper realm, Margaret stood rather awkwardly in front of the library, hands clutching the bottom of her standard black suit coat as she stared up at the statue of her father, brand new customised pink rimmed glasses perched high upon her nose.
It was technically, her first day as a grim reaper. And the girl was just standing there, bags at her feet, frozen to the spot with nervousness.
