Shrinking Potion: a potion that makes you shrink to only a couple inches tall. + Ciri or Riley (or both, if you feel like it!)
“You’re not allowed to laugh,” Ciri remarked sourly, scowling realizing how much more high pitched her voice was now.
Isla, on the other hand, had a vastly different expression on her face. Her hand was slapped over her mouth to hide her giant grin and muffle any of her giggles, and it was clear she was amused despite her best attempts at masking it. She broke completely when her friend crossed her arms and gave her a stern stare, laughing even more as she felt tiny fists banging on her arms.
“What did I just tell you?”
“I’m sorry, I’m sorry! I just, the shrinkage happened so suddenly. You are now truly the shortest elf in all of Xadia,” she mused. Her finger reached out, lightly tapping the shrunken elf on the head.
It only proved to make her scowl worse, batting the finger away. “Hilarious, really, Isla. I’m so glad you’re getting such a laugh out of my misfortune,” she growled.
“Oh, it’s not misfortune! It’s an…opportunity to see from a new perspective.” Isla shrugged with a grin.
Ciri raised an eyebrow. “Oh yeah? And what perspective would that be?”
That set off a whole new string of curses out of her mouth, before she paused. A grin formed on her face, one that had mischief written all over it. “You know what? I think I will embrace this new perspective of an adoraburr. And I’ll start with the free rides,” she announced. With a jump, she managed to crawl up Isla’s arm and nestled into her hair with a very firm pout.
The Earthbound giggled. “Will you now? If this is your form of revenge, it doesn’t appear to be working in your favor.” She smirked, starting to stand up.
“Might not seem like it now I, but this is going to be the most annoying thing you’ve ever dealt with until however long it takes for me to grow back,” she promised, growing quite comfortable in the dark blue strands.
