This is literally my favorite underrated ship. I think that this would have been a perfect way to introduce a new step-father role for children to relate to in a normal life setting.

I will call this Oddpatience for now until I can think of something better... Since Mayor Fleck always finds things odd, But also Madison and Carol are patient in teaching him how to form relationships, since he is not very good at social cues & more work focused.
