Odd Youth - I Like You (Review)

I really think that everyone is entitled to their own opinion on music but there’s a difference between respectfully having your own opinion and thinking that everyone has to like the same music as you. I think that O.O by NMIXX is the pinnacle of musical perfection but if you think otherwise I not only expect it a little but I won’t judge you for it because that’s dumb; it’s just music. I actually don’t mind the chorus in the sense that I know what they were going for, they just don’t execute it in a way that’s coherent. The instrumental of the chorus is so empty that they have to overcompensate with the typical shouty yelps nonsense under the guise of “singing”. I think producers that look at feedback from fans seeing we say we want more unique songs misunderstand it completely and think we want to hear songs that sound like a drug trip. And I don’t mean like LSD, like the kind you try for fun at parties but actually sucks so you just wait for the headache to be over. The group itself has okay vocalists and their concept in visuals is nice but I just think the music needs an upgrade in quality. Of course your probably think I’m wrong and that I’m just a sweaty 4chan users clanking away at my keys in fury because I can’t stand people being successful, but idk maybe I am
