echo n lalnable!

I headcanon that both Echo and Lalnable have a lot of trouble sleeping - Lalnable more because he chooses not to go to sleep. He, similarly to Lalna, likes to stay up all night working on projects, but he doesn’t experiment so much, he plans. He’ll go days without sleep and eventually Echo will find him asleep with pen drawn all down his face and some new plot to remove the flux buddies from their lives.

Echo on the other hand can’t sleep because she hears voices, which get worse at night, and she sometimes struggles with determining what is the taint and what is just her mind. They keep her up at night and it annoys the hell out of her. Sometimes, if she’s really struggling with sleep, she’ll get up and watch Lalnable work for a while, listening to him talk about his work and just focusing on that until she manages to fall asleep. 

They both have fallen asleep mid conversation with each other before during breakfast, but they don’t mind so much because they both understand how difficult sleep can be
