DeviantART Posts 10 - Comics 1

A collection of one shot pages I made during my DeviantART years. I’m going to post a few of these over the next few days.

The first page was written shortly before the Blackest Night storyline, during Geoff John’s epic run on Green Lantern, which paved the way for the popular TV series and the underwhelming Ryan Reynolds film. I hope the DCEU version will be better. Fun fact: Geoff Johns himself expressed a fondness for this one shot in a forum, something I was particularly proud of  

The second page is a paid commission featuring J2 and Bluestreak, teen legacy heroes inspired by the Juggernaut and Quicksilver, respectively, and part of the Marvel line following May “Mayday” Parker’s Spider-Girl.

The third page is one of my earliest efforts at making a comic page, and of combining Teen Titans with Monty Python, which became a recurring theme for me.
