That’s the reason I ultimately canceled my subscription. Too many wouldn’t play and the wait time for a lot of the DVDs I wanted to see, such as the Michael Ellis DVDs. Even though they were on my list to get, they were always out. I never did get to rent those.
So far I haven’t had any trouble getting Michael Ellis DVDs despite how popular they are. A few I did have to wait for but there were plenty others I wanted to watch and the ME DVDs eventually came. But yeah it’s really frustrating how many of them have skipping and playback issues, especially when they don’t even look scratched.

I cancelled my subscription because they never sent me any DVDs (everything on my list was out forever).
There is a Dave Kroyer DVD I’ve been waiting for for over a year, sitting at the top of my queue. It’s never been in stock until today (the heck???). I just sent a DVD back so we’ll see if I finally get this one after the threat of ending my subscription!
