Delibes: Leroux mentions a Pizzicato from Coppelia, but I can only find it for Sylvia (and in converse a Valse lente for Coppelia). Here's his most famous Pizzicato for good measure

Mlle. Krauss sings the Bolero from I Vespri Siciliani (Mercè dilette amiche)

Mlle. Denise Bloch sings the drinking song (Brindisi) from Lucrezia Borgia

Notes

I remember the scenography for Massenet's Roi de Lahore being mentioned often and the Phantom singing Otello's duet with Christine as Desdemona.
