Gantu, Dr. Hämsterviel and Leroy are now playable in the Japanese version of Disney Tsum Tsum! And...

Lilo & Stitch fans may remember that back in September 2018 in Japan and January 2019 globally, Leroy and Gantu were added to LINE: Disney Tsum Tsum... as bosses for a limited-time Lilo & Stitch: The Series event.

Now, they are finally added to the Japanese version of the mobile game as playable (and voiced) Tsums, along with the Lilo & Stitch franchise’s main antagonist Dr. Jacques von Hämsterviel!

As per usual for the game, it will be a few months before they are ported over to the global version.

But that’s not all...

Remember that bizarre web manga Tono & Stitch that debuted back in January? Well, the apparently popular manga has released a new volume side story exclusively within the game, which will be available to read until June 30.

But that’s not the real reason why I’m mentioning it.

The real reason is because Leroy, who will appear with Hämsterviel, has made his first new appearance within the Lilo & Stitch franchise proper since his 2006 debut, with one very important detail that L&S fans have been waiting literal years to see come from Disney.

He is now officially Experiment 629 in Disney media!
