☆ GENERAL ☆

What is this project about?

This project is somewhat similar to an AU — instead of one Yuu, there are many, and they all live at Ramshackle together. In other words, chaos is prone to happen... (hence the project's name)!

Other than that, it follows the canon storyline from the game.

What exactly is the focus of this project?

The project focuses on the members' Yuus and their relationships with each other. The canon characters and OCs from dorms other than Ramshackle obviously play an important role, too! We develop friendships and rivalries between our OCs, come up with scenarios, and also have an official OC x canon ship list!

Apart from all this, the main purpose is to make friends within the fandom, showcase and further develop your OCs, and discover other people's characters!

How do I join?

Send me a DM! Please DO NOT ask to join or submit OCs via my ask box.

Who can join?

Anyone who isn't racist, anti-LGBTQ+, or a proshipper.

You might also not want to join if you're a non-sharer of a main cast member/get triggered when seeing them paired up with someone else/have a character whose OC x canon ship is essential to their lore, as all of the 21 main characters have an official ship by now.

What types of OCs can I submit?

All types of OCs that aren't fanchildren or fandorm OCs are allowed!

No matter whether it's a Yuu, someone from another dorm, a faculty member, or a student from another school — everyone is welcome!

What ships can I submit?

Any OC x canon ship with a canon character who hasn't been taken yet (here is our official OC x canon ship list).

A canon character can date only one OC unless both of the OCs' owners decide to make it a polyship.

Please DO NOT fight over a canon character with another member/OC!!!

OC x OC ships are obviously allowed as well.

Please keep in mind that all OCs shipped with an adult must be of age themselves and that Ortho and Gidel ships are not allowed.

Do I have to make any art/videos/fanfics for this project?

You don't have to at all! This project is meant to be fun and not a duty.

However, all types of art, videos, and writings are extremely appreciated nonetheless!

Anything made for this project will be reblogged here (or, if you don't feel like posting it on your main blog, send it to me so I can directly post it here).

Do we have project-exclusive events?

We do! Any member can suggest server-exclusive events to me and I'll manage them.

Who is the prefect? Who "owns" Grim?

We don't have an official Ramshackle prefect. Grim is pretty much the dorm's shared "pet".

Who's closest to Ace and Deuce?

Their respective partners, obviously!

As for OCs' friendships with/general closeness to canon characters, most of it is being established in the project's Discord server.

If you don't have Discord, I can give you an overview of the relationships in our DMs.

Is there an established lore that this project follows?

Other than the fact that all the Yuus live together in Ramshackle at the same time and that we have established ships, there isn't.

In order to make the project as easy and fun as possible (especially due to the large number of OCs), we don't have a defined storyline and focus on situations rather than larger plots.

When does this project take place?

Primarily during the same time/school year as the game. Scenes can take place before the prologue, way after book 7, during any of the books, or at another point entirely!

However, one thing stays the same no matter what: the Yuus presently don't know why they're in Twisted Wonderland, and the major mysteries remain hidden from sight...

Are fandorms allowed?

No, as we're trying to keep the school's overall setting as close to canon as possible.

Are fanschools allowed?

Yes, but they're going to play a rather minor part in the project.

Do the Yuus from the official manga/light novel exist here?

No.

Observing SweetDream: Does It Earn The AI Girlfriend Title?

There's a difference between an app that calls itself an AI girlfriend and one that earns the description, and the gap is usually obvious within minutes. So the fair question to put to SweetDream is whether it actually earns it, observed up close rather than taken on faith. Spending time on sweetdream.ai, the case builds quickly.

Observation one: the creation process is unusually deep, giving you real authorship over a companion's looks, voice, personality, history and quirks. Observation two, and the decisive one, is that the chat lives up to that effort. It's natural, emotionally perceptive and it remembers, so conversations feel continuous instead of disposable.

The rest reads like supporting evidence. The generated photos and videos are genuinely strong, the voice messages and real-time phone calls sound human, video and live cam sessions exist with select characters, and privacy is treated as a default rather than a feature. Put beside platforms like candy.ai or ourdream.ai, SweetDream comes across as the most fully realized AI companion in the room. Does it earn the title? On the evidence, comfortably.

One Quick Note

I've changed the students' classes. This, amongst other topics are just things I changed for the sake of it. Some of these new seating arrangements help with the plot of the story, and some others are just changed for no particular reason.

I guess a more important reason would be that it reflects what age I think some of the characters would be. (Typically ranging from 16-18.) "What is Ultraman Arc’s Saturn Armor?" by Ultra Connection

Ultraman Arc is freshly over, with its stories still clear in our minds. We got to see Yuma Hize keep running forward and grow into the man his late parents knew he would eventually become. Each episode, Arc’s powers of imagination allowed him to create new miracles, be it through his Arc Trick Techniques, or the Armors that he wielded.

And yet, if you are a western fan of Arc, there is perhaps one of those very armors that you haven’t seen — at least, until the release of BP02 of the Ultraman Card Game, Vortex of Crimson and Azure. That would be this.

Now, we‘ve seen Solis, and Luna, and Galaxy Armor — but what, pray tell, is this? The answer, as you may be able to read in the card’s title, is Ultraman Arc’s Saturn Armor.

Introduced during the Ultra Heroes EXPO Summer Festival 2024 in Ikebukuro Sunshine City, this armor’s place in the greater mythos of Arc is honestly a bit ambiguous. Its power is derived from the “Power of Saturn” that Yuma imagined as a child, in the same way he conceptualized the Solis and Luna Armors, but he never got the chance to sketch it down. (Remember, folks, don’t let your imagination stay in your head — write it down, draw it, do whatever you have to do!)

Though Saturn Armor never appeared in the show proper, its capabilities are actually well-established. Somewhat specialized compared to Solis and Luna, the Saturn Armor grants Arc a number of powers and techniques involving freezing and ice — fitting, when you think about the rings of Saturn, which are also made primarily of ice!

In practice, those freezing powers manifest in an unparalleled ability to hinder and even immobilize foes, using rings of chilling power that mirror their cosmic counterparts. These rings can be used in various creative ways, such as binding the foe with the Saturn Freezing technique, or chilling an entire area with the Saturn Blizzard. Those very same rings can also be used for defensive purposes, with the Saturn Defender Ring orbiting Arc’s body to block attacks. Of course, the planet Saturn has multiple rings, and so Arc can use the Saturn Double Defender Ring to double his defensive power, or even share those defensive rings with others!

Of course, like most other Armors, powers like this come with limitations as well. In addition to only being usable when Arc’s color timer is flashing red, indicating danger, the Saturn Armor also seals away Arc’s beam techniques and slows him down. As a result, much like Solis Armor, Arc often purges the armor at the end of a fight to be able to deliver an Arc Finalize as a finishing blow!

Who knows how Saturn Armor could have changed the trajectory of the series — would it have been a secret weapon against Trigelos? Would its freezing powers have been useful in preventing disasters like forest fires or kaiju rampages? The answer, like Arc would want, lies within your imagination. What we can confirm, however, is that you can make the Saturn Armor’s power yours if you play with the Ultraman Arc deck in the Ultraman Card Game when BP02 Vortex of Crimson and Azure comes out on January 24th, 2025!
