A little fun question, favorite medium to draw with other than digital? Or Least favorite?

Oh, that’s an interesting question. Hmm.

To be honest, because I’m not professionally trained, I basically didn’t ever have a chance to use any traditional mediums. I took one college course in drawing and we primarily worked with charcoal and indian ink and that was fun. 

I’m TERRIBLE - downright horrid - with anything involving paint. But that’s a byproduct of being never having used it unless forced. I don’t know how it works. 

I think it’s a boring answer but - when everything else fails, I just like ballpoint pens. I can work with charcoal semi-reliably, but ink is just what I feel most comfortable in. 

Someone pay me money to take a painting course, I want to embarass myself. 

(I’m kidding, but it WOULD be fun.)

As an art challenge, I attempted to replicate the drawing style of another artist. The artist who’s style I chose to draw in is @vanilla-waffles, and the characters belong to @officialroto (who was actually the one to suggest the challenge).

“Cake?  Cake!  I love cake!“*Pots slices the cake with a vine and shoves one whole piece into his mouth in a single bite.  It seems he forgot to wipe off the crumbs from his mouth in his excitement.*“Thank you!  That was delicious!  I think I’ll save the rest for when I have a few friends over.
