Alright, uh, I have a Megaman OC! Offman, first Robot Master created under the 'Community Designed Numbers', aka government commissioned. Supposed to replace Megaman's role, they specialize in taking out other robots to the point where they are not safe for other robots to even be around, unless they're designed to heavily resist EMPs. They were not designed to be able to talk, or communicate beyond a nod or shake of the head. It's a bit of a problem. The Offbots are designed to be their unique stage enemy, because naturally, any Robot Master is gonna eventually end up working for Wily somehow, and filling in the role of the classic Robot Masters as a final boss of the stage. Offman got convinced that Wily could improve their communication and efficiency of their function (defeating rogue robots), but alas, that only resulted in them becoming the rogue robot. Had a big crisis when they realized that, and encouraged their own defeat.
