          He was at home during the time of this tweet, busy playing some FPS with a few friends and getting quite salty as they would say. After one particular match where he was getting quite heated, Gordie told his pals that he was going to take a food break and chill, exiting the game and pushing himself away from the desk. His phone vibrates and a bright blue light begins to blink at the top left. The screen flashes on and his rotom greets him. Gordie, of course, pics up the phone and checks what it is. 

          A twitter notification from Raihan. Gordie snorts, what kind of funny meme did he get tagged in this time? When he opens the app, however, Gordie feels his smile fade and his heart drop into his stomach. He’s not sure if he’s dreaming or not but he definitely feels faint and uses his chair to support himself before sitting back down.

          Raihan was asking him out. Was this legit? Was it a joke? It wasn’t funny either way. Gordie felt this world crumbling. He’s faced with so many problems and not one good solution that benefits either party. He wants to say yes- but publicly? Remember what happened the last time you came out, Gordie? Remember that pain? the fear? The suffering? He can’t. He can’t risk damage like that again. He’s been through it once-! He can’t go through it again!

          But saying no would hurt Raihan- break his heart.... and Gordie didn’t want that either...

          Choking back a sob, Gordie temples his hands before his face and focuses on breathing. Just breathe, buddy. Get your nerves under control... you’ll find a way to get through this... you’ll be fine. At least, he hoped so... With trembling fingers, Gordie begins to type a response. Hopefully this would... work out..?

Piers is just going to let out a tiny noise of surprise. He was not expecting this at all. Like as in ever. His face turns entirely pink and he turns to look off to the side. Was this a trick? Was this a joke? No. No Raihan’s not like that. Well not when it comes to serious things like asking someone out. Raihan wouldn’t joke about that.

The Dark type lover just slowly nods his head before looking back up at the other. “Y-Ye. I’d l-like tha’,” he squeaks out, clearing his throat afterward.
