♡ I am an emotional holder, the bpd holder, and the sexual/sexual trauma holder.
♡ Because of my role in the system it can be hard to deal with it. That is why I have this personal space to vent about things and post what I like.
𓆩♡𓆪 SYSTEM STUFF 𓆩♡𓆪
♡ We are plural likely due to trauma (traumagenic system).
♡ We experience dissociation.
♡ Currently about a dozen parts.
♡ We are not super big on roles but figuring it out using our own language.
♡ We dont have a host, but rather frequent fronters.
♡ We more experience 'fades' rather then hard switches most of the time.
