Barriss bowed towards the Jedi master. She was always so respectful to those who were above her. She looked at the female with slight apprehension on her face. Her sapphire eyes were curious. “Good morning Master.” She spoke softly. She offered a small smile to cover her nerves. She had always felt intimidated by the other. “I have been asked to assist you by Master Luminara.” She told her. She hoped to learn much from Shaak Ti. “I hope I can be of some help to you.” She said with genuine respect and deference.

“General Shaak Ti.” The commander gave a salute with his greeting. He might not have ever met her, but her reputation as the protector of Kamino was something all clones knew about. She’d already gained his respect, and he was silently grateful for the chance to be back home, at least for a while.
“General Secura ordered myself and a special commando squad to report to you directly. We await your orders and are ready to do what’s needed to defend the city.”
