On the left, Marilith! 20 ft (6.1 m) to the tip but usually "standing" at around 8 feet (2.4 m). Dominant, incredibly intelligent, the tail naturally grapples, and coordinated/aware enough with all those limbs to address attackers from every angle at once.

On the right, Ogrillon! In 4e these are Half orc, Half ogre, and about 8 ft (2.4 m) tall. Can't give the personality breakdown this time, because 5e changed what they were. We just know that they love combat and usually live near orcs. Because the orcs tend not to care about petty things like bloodlines, and enjoy working with them. Like stronger, bulkier cousins!

Absolutely! An ogrillon’s a half-ogre, right? Fat characters are often portrayed as monstrous in a way that is dehumanizing to fat people. But in a game like Dungeons & Dragons, which features a wide variety of creatures in heroic roles (such as dragonborn and tieflings), context matters. Your ogrillon monk sounds like they would make a great addition to Fat Hero Day.
