Random thought regarding Hazbin Hotel. What if Vaggie was a soul who originally went to heaven and became an angel (more precisely an Exterminator, who are the ones that are sent to cleanse Hell's population), becoming disillusioned by it all and wondering if there was a better way. Later she meets Charlie, who opens her eyes to the idea of souls being redeemed, leading her to casting off her wings to remain in Hell to help Charlie's dream become a reality.
