Another ROTE fanart. Fitz, Beloved and Bee.

At first I wanted to draw baby Bee in Fool’s arms but then I started drawing older Bee and couldn’t decide which one to choose. So I left both versions. The second one under the cut.

Then my brain did a thing.

A headcanon noone asked for. Feel free to skip it:)

The three of them are living in a hut somwhere in the Mountain Kingdom.One day a bard/whoever leaves a basket with a small, pale child on their doorstep . The parents of the child didn’t want it because of the child’s unusual appearence (thought  the child was defective or sth)   and abandoned it OR:  they heard the rumor the former White Prophet lived there and was taking care of a child similar to theirs and thougth it would be better for the Prophet to take care of their offspring. The child doesn’t have to be the White. It can be unusually fair (even for the mountain people).

So Fitz and Beloved  become adoptive parents. The news spreads and in a few years the situation repeats itself and soon they have four additional misfits in the house.

If asked about the children’s parentage The Fool would be “Oh, of course they are all mine” and Fitz would just shrug in response. Imagine the rumor mill!
