💜: where are you in the writing process?

For Blood and Thunder (first book of the trilogy) I’m in the hopefully final editing stagesFor Cloak and dagger, I’m still on the first draft

Red and yellow for the writer asks :)

Sorry it’s late had to wait until I was on my computer

Red: What type of writer’s block do you experience the most?

The annoying kind. When I have writers block I normally write a different scene that I definitely know is going to happen, and then try to link the two. But sometimes I can’t think of anything so I write another scene. 

Yellow: What’s a common writing tip that you mostly ignore? 

Write it all before you edit. 

Sometimes I can’t find a way for my story to develop how I would like it to, so there is clearly a problem before hand. So I edit it instead of leaving it to fix later.

I always read the chapter that I wrote last before I write again and I edit it as I read. Sometimes I write 1 chapter so that get edited other times I write 2 or 3 so it’s only the last chapter that gets read and edited

That’s a big relief to hear actually, that it’s not just my computer!

 5.What’s your favorite thing to draw? 

hands! i mean i can’t draw them for shit but i do love drawing them, and when they turn out good i’m so happy

6.What’s your least favorite thing to draw? 

really complex backgrounds, i’m talking perspective and stuff.  

9.How much time do you spend drawing on an average day? 

Pretty much all my waking hours!

its a truly magical experience i once fit 10 unconscious bodies into one dumpster it was my greatest accomplishment
