Me in middle school: Why don’t I obsess over boys like my friends do? I’m just a late bloomer. This boy is attractive, I will create feelings for him, but never want to date him.

Me in high school: All of the boys are so gross and unattractive. Why would I want to date them? I don’t want to date anyone it’s not worth it and high school relationships are so fake.
