I am starting a coconutoil cleanse. "WHAT?"

yess it seems hideous to me too- because the amount of oil you drink on a daily basis frightes me. I mean 7-14 spoons?? for one week!! but according to some vegan blogger it cleans your body from toxins.

We'll see if I look healthier or if I gain 1 lb+ by next week
