aesiel only seeing okalani now when she sings her songs in the "midnight harbor"- the place back home where she resides now after overclocking

her songs echo off the stones and ever-growing crystal stalagmites, tales of woes and sorrows

her voice sounds inhuman to all but her older brother, everyone else regarding it as the warbles of a tacet discord when he hears it as her singing like she used to so long ago, trying to find joy and humanity in her monster-like state

they'll sometimes sing together, when he gets as close as he possibly can without being torn to shreds by the other TD sirens

her songs make him see things funny, make his memory disort, but it's all worth it to see his little sister okay again, even if it's his eyes playing tricks on him

meet Okalani, originally designed off a randomised prompt from rangen.co.uk, now a part of the SapphNoir universe.

despite being only seven years Nalu's senior, she was heavily involved in raising him amongst a gaggle of other younger siblings and cousins, and is still helping out thirty years later by finding him a cheap office in Noir City to work (and live) out of.

I saw your post and I didn’t really understand the whole “pool house” thing so can you explain it to me. (Like what’s so dark about that?) Thank you.

I also didn't understand at first and had a friend explain it to me, so lemme do the same for you.

Basically, Okalani's aunt is using the pool houses for the wrong purpose, as she is letting people stay in them as if they were hotel rooms when legally you are not allowed to unless you have a permit.

(I have a theory this might be because of the size of the island, maybe there isn't space or budget to build a proper hotel for tourists)

Okalani's aunt also has her working most of the week, even weekends, which is labor exploitation. All of this to get "quick" Money, as suggested by the users who thought of this first.

The dark thing about this is that Okalani is not at all aware of her aunt's scheme, and seems to shrug it off as long as she gets time to be with her friends to look at the sunset.
