I spent most of my childhood watching TV so it obviously had an effect on my upbringing. But contrary to what was believed back in the day, it didn't make me dumber or more violent. It made me more compassionate and overall a better human being.

I Think I Made A Mistake

This is something i started doing when i was a kid and it has always helped me to relax (especially when i need to go to sleep), and various people has told me that what i do is actually meditation, which i had no idea about. In this video i explain how i started doing it and how is it that i manage to do it, so hopefully this technique can help you too.
