I saw you mention you are not a huge fan of stocks, and wanted to know what are other forms of investing are you more interested in? (real estate, forex, etc).
Always real estate, foreign exchange, box trucks, wine/liquor, ATMs/vending machines, gold, vintage cars (or cars in general if you want to rent them out), art, and so on.
Q: i feel like a lot of people think self-care is bubble baths and face masks. but self-care goes beyond that. what does self-care mean to you?
A: It depends on the type of care I need. Sometimes self care looks like unapologetically blazing things that aren't working in my life, literally lighting fires and burning what needs to be in ashes. Other times it looks like a shroom trip, allowing all my problems to come to the surface and crying/talking it all out.
Occasionally it could be a good shopping spree, or cleansing my space (spiritually and physically), or taking a good bath/going to the ocean/swimming.
Even sex, cuddling with my boyfriend, or making good food. Most of the time, self care, after | give myself time to burn that dominant energy out (whether it's sadness, anger, etc), needs to be transmuted into an energy that works for me. In essence, I'm learning how to make self care a ritual that opens more doors than the ones I planned on closing.
