...quietly dreaming of ghost roads past...
1949 Ford, with windshield visor.
My very amateur photography, just to get me started. I have modified this generic diecast 32 ford. I cut off the fenders, running boards and put in a flathead V-8. I made my own wheels, tires and axles.

Creating, Old Fords, and the Law of Attraction -01 June 2016
It has been quite some time since my last entry, and that happens from time to time. “Life is what happens while you making other plans” said the famous beetle. The title of my blog is Creating – Old Fords – And the Law of Attraction. And, probably rightfully so, the LoA has taken up most of my writing here, but the Old Fords, and Creating have not been neglected. Candy’s drinking problem had her…

06 May 2014 A New Direction
For some time now there has been a sense of expectation, a miracle waiting to unfold, and last night it became apparent…
While I love creating with my carpentry, recently the work has mainly been of the less creative nature, built-in-cupboards and suchlike, I am grateful for the work, and the income, but, screwing together sheets of particle board into the latest fashion of cupboard is NOT my…

Project Car Update 2: Mustang Boogaloo
So I caught my dad loading carpet into the van as I was headed home and stopped to talk to him. He seems pretty open to the idea of a project car, but it'd have to wait til we get the one rental house finished. So mid/late summer. Which is fine.
HOWEVER
There isn't just a 66' Convertible.
In that carpet storage space there the '66 Convertible with a 285(?) in it I believe and a 3 or 4 speed manual transmission. It's got some surface rust and it's need a good amount of TLC.
BUT the easier one to get out is a 1967 Mustang Fastback with the big 305, a four barrel carb, and four speed manual transmission. It also has a locking differential in the back and apparently "went like hell." According to my dad when he was a teenager all he did was screw around working on that car. It was a little beat when he got it so he did "a good amount of body work, and put new floor panels in and welded and stuff" as a kid. Sounds like the kind of thing to make a project car once again in my mind.
That's the one covered up so I couldn't see what shape it was in.
Also, in the other storage barn thing theres a '65 Mustang Coupe with the automatic transmission.
I feel like a goddamn kid on Christmas. I really hope that 67 Fastback is in decent shape because goddamn.
Any thoughts guys and gals?
