Thank you for fixing the chronology, Matt. This part was literally the reason I dropped Dracula the first time I read it: it made no sense to me that a newspaper would publish things in this way, and on top of that leave it as "to be continued". By now, I have learned some more about the trashy sensationalism of Victorian press to think that this could be at least plausible in Stoker's day, but I still don't like it. So yeah:
If Mr. Stoker has a problem with this he is cordially invited to rise from his mouldering grave and take it up with me personally. Thanks, Matt
