Last night at @oldmajorbmore it hit me that when I first moved to Maryland there was hardly any West Indian food options… So to sit here and order some familiar stuff was dope. In the picture we have curry channa, house made roti (not dhalpuri fyi), carib beer @caribbeer , and sangria caribe (which I swear to you taste similar to sorrel 🍷) Props to the @oldmajorbmore 🙌🏾✨

#AnimalFarm Superb Fascism Satire... Everyone should read... this book... #MustRead What POWER will do, if animals take control of a Farm.... Can related to the current world ALL ANIMALS ARE EQUAL BUT SOME ANIMALS ARE MORE EQUAL THAN OTHERS Boxer - one of my Fav in this book, horse. Who gave everything to Napolean (I Will Work Harder, Napolean is always right)... but last when boxer was down, taken by Knacker's. Those pages was very emotional. One by one... those 7 Commandments changed based on Napolean Comforts... very funny FOUR LEGS GOOD, TWO LEGS BAD slogan will change to FOUR LEGS GOOD, TWO LEGS BETTER when pig started walking on their hind legs. Squealer explanation for each problem was awesome and funny. “Rockabye Baby” yep, that’s right- the old nursery rhyme. My family’s version is altered to “when the bow breaks, the cradle will fly, and up will go baby into the sky”- I think my Aunt made it up. It’s more uplifting. 😎. For this New Years post, I had wanted to do something super special or cool, but I ran out of ideas. I was trying to calm my son down to sleep with some serenading, when I heard some complaints from the lad. I asked him what the problem was, and he requested this tune, as opposed to the awesome soulful original tune I was knee deep into 😂. But, then again, this is in large part what I’ve done on this platform for 2019- just tried to be honest. Half of the stuff I do on here is just me making stuff up to put my boy to bed, and then maybe working it up into my repertoire. It’s served me well. I enjoy doing it! 2019 was overall a good year for me. I played out more than I have in a long time, made some coin, and had a great time doing it. I’m going into 2020 with the intention of making an album, and just keeping on doing my thing, connecting with like minded folks from all over the world, in different countries and cultures...just being connected with music and artists. To all of you who have offered words of kindness and encouragement, please know I appreciate it immensely and you have touched my soul- and motivated me to keep making music and growing this outlet.
