Forgive me if you've heard this a thousand times, but if you switch your active quest to one of the secondary ones, you can save and then switch your active one back to the priority quest. Sometimes you need to move your Ryder around a few steps before it 'kicks in', but it works for me, at least.

I keep trying this and it doesn’t work for me! I don’t know if I’m doing something stupidly wrong, but every time I try (have tried changing to a bunch of different tasks across three priority missions now) it just says manual saving is disabled, same as all the other times. It’s actually really, really annoying. :(

Totally understand. I can neither confirm nor deny, either!

Tangent: I had a technology test/logistic video conference this afternoon with three professors from a local university, because coworker and I planned to do guest lecture for the class...which is now an online guest lecture. I’d never met the three before, and when I joined the meeting with no video (I legit don’t have a camera, thank goodness), they joked that I could be sitting around in my pajamas for all they knew.

I laughed so hard and said “yes, I could!” and then we all laughed some more.

BUT

If you think that I haven’t been working from home in my comfy house clothes (basically a nightgown and a hoodie), then you would be wrong. Why would I bother to dress up and wear constricting clothing if my work day consists of sitting in front of a computer for 9 hours, with my conversations being 100% in Slack, Teams, or camera-less video conferencing?

Also, I swear one of the professors - wearing a hoodie - was actually video conferencing from bed and was likely also in “house clothes”.
