Oh hell no. Six Tongue Mgee Olfe is working directly for Bordeaux? Bordeaux saying he’d name an organization that works the way Olfe does & call it “Six Tongue” in his honor is well. Wow. Bordeaux being the guy who founded the Lugunican CIA was not on my radar.

It’s also interesting to me that a nation like Lugunica didn’t really have an Intel Service until only 50-ish years ago? Yeah, the Calamity probably fucked up whatever the nation had previously but that was a whopping 400 yrs ago by the point of the main story.

Also. Smaller thing but having Olfe get referred to as a “con man” when a person called “Conwood” is introduced this chapter makes me distrust that dude even more.

Well. That’s sure to be an event. I wonder what the hell Wilhelm is gonna be doing at the Castle. It obviously involves swordsmanship since Olfe whispered in his ear about that. Perhaps Wilhelm is going to set up an exhibition duel against some knights to prove his martial prowess further not understanding that’s not exactly the thing he needs to prove solely?

Of course Wilhelm screwed up cooking pfft. Afterall, it’s not like he improved in decades since Arc 5 showed he was dismal at cooking.

I do like the attention to detail Tappei sprinkles in here where Theresia acknowledges that Wilhelm is an “expert” at cutting up ingredients. It highlights the aspect of Wilhelm being only good with a sword that his recent conversation with Olfe displayed.

Shockingly decent advice from a guy associated with the CIA. Though, I suppose the organization wouldn’t be interested in undermining Wilhelm inherently since at the core of it the organization seems all about promoting Lugunica’s power.

Six Tongue yapper is called Olfe? Hm. I went poking around & this name has an German connection which is worthy of a side-eye. It refers to a river in Germany, specifically a tributary of the Nuhne or the Werse depending on the context it’s used in.

Also. Here we again have Tappei emphasizing how getting tossed in the Castle Dungeon is a feat & we outright have this Olfe saying it this time. This is SO sus.
