My Opinion

Okay, so I liked the Olicity moment and here's why: Sure, it wasn't cool for Oliver to "lead her on," but I don't think he was actually doing that. He knew how vulnerable and useless Felicity felt. He knew how jealous she was of Sara. And, throughout their relationship, he seems to need to make contact whenever he wants to get her attention. So, he touched her face to insure that she knew what he was saying. To restate the genuine-ness of his statement. She would never be replaced, because she is unique, and will always be his girl. And he really really wanted that to stick in her brain so she would never feel this way again. Because she shouldn't. She's remarkable, and he's proud of her.
