she's very rude and adamant when it comes to the subject of squeaky toys and I'm not sure why

everytime they're brought up in a conversation she begins ranting about how rotless and colourful they get when you forget to look at them. it's not a great habit and has made her lose a lot of her old friends¡¡

An oligochaete I found in my invertebrate aquarium. This aquatic organism is related to earthworms

I love how the dark-field microscopy makes it look like a shiny ghost worm

Peristaltic crawling in oligochaete worm

Aelosoma, an oligochaete annelid found in freshwater. Normally they have orange fat droplets throughout their body, but this particular species had beautiful red, purple, and orange droplets.

Order: Oligochaete

Phylum: Annelid 

These organisms reproduce asexually by paratomy (like a form of budding), although when times get tough they switch to sexual reproduction.
