do you think olivia is an only child? i have no clue

i think Olivia is like, younger sister material more than older sister if she does have a sibling/s. TAA Part One (”it’s awful, isn’t it, to have people missing from your life?” and Olivia standing up with the Baudelaires and Quagmires) confirms she’s at least an orphan; whether that happened when she was younger or older is something i’m like hmm over. i’m fine with like, either way, it’s like i gotta kill her parents or make them dead to her (eyes emoji)

i did give her an older brother, he’s about four or five years older than her; in most of my au’s including my current Big Fic i’m working on, he and her parents died when she was young - so in that respect, after that, she was technically an only child. but it’s okay!! when that happens in my au’s she’s taken in by her eccentric Aunt Gwendolyn :D

i’d spill more about him but there’s spoilers for my current Big Fic in his storyline oops

i’m gonna keep him alive in another au though! so in some worlds he has a happy ending lol 

and if we count the VFD family tree in book lore which branches off with M, N, O and say that Olivia was the O, and Miranda the M, if we go off netflix canon we could say Miranda and Olivia were half sisters

so yea, i do like the idea of only child Olivia but an older sibling, esp older brother, is good content too!!

and tho i thought of Olivia’s older brother before i started watching Less Than Perfect it’s cute that Claude has an older brother too ahaha

will you explain warrior cats and its connections to asoue

Ok so ! Two parts!

Explain: warrior cats is an incredibly long series of books about feral cats. There are four (later five) clans of living cats: thunderclan, riverclan, windclan, shadowclan, and skyclan, and they fight each other over food and territory and stuff. There’s also starclan, made up of their deceased warrior ancestors. The first series of books is about firepaw/heart/star who saves the four clans of the Forest (skyclan is actually a secret surprise) from the wrath of (I can’t believe I’m debating about spoiling warrior cats but as Mia says about asoue the books have been out for over a decade) tigerstar. The rest of the books basically deal with the descendants of those cats Just Kinda Doing Things.

Connections: Other than being kids books I read at the same time and occasionally dealing with topics you could maybe find in asoue-verse, there really aren’t that many connections between the series. My main connections happen bc my pinball brain bouncing between things so quickly, like me calling Olivia a warriors kid (I was rereading the first series during s2) and calling ashfur the same as Olaf (which is not an incorrect statement). That’s just the way I make connections between pieces of media I consume. If this is about the occasional Just Warriors post that ends up here, it’s part bc I have the same icon background here and drpinkky and can’t tell the difference sometimes, part bc I want my friends here who I know Know Warriors to see a Good Warriors Post, and part bc this kinda turns into almost a kid book blog if I’m not paying attention (see the extended 101 Dalmatians ramble and similar).

Basically the real connection is I love those cat books and I love those event books and they both hold special places in my heart!! :)
