I'm not #vegetarian or #vegan but I have decided to try and alter my breakfast after a raw vegan health coach I found through an #ASMRtist #oliviakissper on her new lifestyle channel. #TheRawAdvantage I have #perniciousanemia which is a #b12deficiency he advocates an all #fruit #breakfast. It is a lot of work waking up to cut the fruit, but I'm going to do this a full month and see if it has the advantages and benefits to my health. He said it would improve digestion, hydrate, and fill you with more of what you need during the day. My girlfriend and I, mostly me, are trying it. He did advise extra blood sugar monitoring if you have #type2diabetes but that if done properly it can improve blood sugar in most, but not all people with the disease.
