Oh, man, easy: beans, rice/risotto/couscous, and soup. Chicken noodle soup is both of my kids' favorite food and we are a soup family in general; we love soup a weird amount, probably. (Although seriously: soup is underrated.) Add in beans and grains, and yeah: there have been times in my life (usually in winters) when I was making two batches of stock per week. STOCK IS SERIOUS BUSINESS.
