@omnicat asked when Yori will be invited to millennials adventures in user world party and I was like YES! I was also at end on project related sprintomarathon (sprint as in month of work crammed in a week and sleep is for weak and I got violent flashbacks to my studying time and never again) so I didn’t have the time to draw but I had some brainpower left to spin headcanons to keep me warm while fighting uncooperative archicad and photoshop combo. Thank you omnicat to prompting me to go this way. It’s awesome :D

Hello, I am an appreciative lurker and OMG, I just had the greatest fridge logic moment because of your fic where Coran & Allura think "Takashi" is a title because the universal translator picked up on the linguistic roots of the word. What if "Allura" were a translation (too), and HER real name is a totally different-sounding Altean word that just MEANS "allure/alluring"? My mind = blown. I can't decide if this or "for real random coincidence" is a more hilarious headcanon for the show.

Considering we see Alfor call her ‘Allura’ in a private moment I think we can assume it’s not ‘you’re booty-licious’ or, at least, I hope so.

But!!!  I actually definitely have a headcanon of this.  There was an alternate ending for Beast You’ve Made of Me that was literally about this: basically Allura and Coran thought Takashi was a military honor/rank because the only person who calls him that is his former commander.  He jokes with the team about nicknames and how he doesn’t actually like them - I headcanon he went with Shiro because it’s the military and he’s gunna get a nickname, so Shiro was the most tolerable option -and Allura and Coran are all ??? what nickname???  That’s NOT your given name???

I'm so glad I remembered you exist. Can I come to my people to complain about that enormous load of Muggle-looking bullshit that was the Crimes of Grindelwald trailer? Because I did not see any witches or wizards in that trailer, did you? No you did not, because that drab, greywashed mess was clearly just about MUGGLES. Muggles with fancy smoke machines or one of those semi-transparent marker tools from MS Paint. Is it these movies' life goal to look as boring and unmagical as possible or what??

It is apparently the goal of the movies to make everything as Muggled-up and unmagical as physically possible, to the point of putting Albus Dumbledore - Albus wears-sparkly-purple-robes Dumbledore - in a grey pantsuit.

I’ve thought about this for quite a long time, and the only conclusion I can find is that the filmmakers think robes would be ‘weird.’ In which case, well. What are they even doing making a Harry Potter movie?
