Time For Some Clarifications...

Lies have been spread about me for 12 YEARS and I used to take the time to clarify the truth. But, I realized awhile ago that this was useless, since people who want to believe lies about me will believe them no matter what I say. But...

Today, my Team made me aware of a couple of LIES being spread about how I got the video of Sam Heughan and Steph French née Bullock dancing at Rik Rankin's wedding in July 2025. And I have a few free minutes and I'm taking medication for my eyes, so I'm going to do this quickly.

How did I receive the video? 100% simple facts and truth, here you go: Two days ago, I received an email to my [email protected] email account from someone who had made an Anonymous email account. The email account name contained the word Anon in it. I don't know who sent it to me. They didn't identify themselves whatsoever. They said that they had a video I would find interesting and that they had it for some time and figured I'd like it. So, they decided to pass it along to me. They explained what was in the video, who it was from, and they attached a link to the video on Instagram. That's it. I replied thanking them, but they didn't reply back, and I still haven't heard from them.

I clicked on the link and it led me to the account of an older man who seems to be someone from Rik Rankin's wife, Sammie Russell's side. He appears to be a family friend, NOT a family member, unless Sammie has Mexican relatives. He posted a few pics from the wedding and also the video I shared. His Instagram account is PUBLIC. The video is PUBLIC and accessible to everyone. It's there on Instagram right now.

I'm also hearing that I'm being accused of posting a private video from a family member who did not want it posted. WRONG. The video is from a family friend and it is PUBLIC. Consider that LIE corrected.

Onto other chatter. I'm also hearing that for the millionth time I'm being accused of being a Tumblr account I'm not. I've said this ad nauseum, I ONLY have THIS account. I don't have any other Tumblr accounts. I can barely post on this one. And I don't need to have other accounts, I say whatever the fuck I want on here. I used to use the hashtag #omnipurv because shippers and haters loved to say I was every new account that popped up that countered their bullshit. I hate to break it to you dopes, but there are lots of people sick of your bs and they are the ones calling you out. So, alas, omnipurv is a myth. I am here and only here. 👋

I knew the video existed because people had talked about it months ago. But no one sent it to me until now. When I heard about the video back then, I asked one the Team to see if she could find it. She searched IG but couldn't find it. I then went and looked for it myself. I couldn't find it either. I forgot all about it until I got the email from the Anon two days ago with the link to the video. Why did they decide to send it to me now? I have no idea. Maybe because it's been quiet and there hasn't been any news? I don't know. I asked them why they sent it now, but they haven't responded.

So, that's it. The above is 100% THE TRUTH. There is only one.

I know full well that me posting this won't make one bit of difference in certain shippers' and haters' minds, but there are some newbies out there, so I figured I'd still counter the lies since it was quick and easy. So, there you have it.

So, now auburncurlslass CONFIRMED she is indeed Renee Maxey @nigheanruadh613 with her OWN Tweet. And what a coinky-dink, troll-extraordinaire, OutlanderBanter Retweeted it. Things that make you go "hmm."

So, Auburn/Renee, now that YOU OUTED YOURSELF, you've opened the door for the fandom to see that YOU have spread babygater LIES about Sam and Cait having babies together and YOU have disrespected Cait's REAL HUSBAND, Tony McGill.

Tumblr won't let me post more than 10 images, so those are just 2 examples of 100s where you SPREAD LIES about Sam, Cait, and Tony, and where you write LIBELOUS things about them.

Let's continue connecting some dots, shall we?

So now, thanks to Renee IDENTIFYING HERSELF as auburncurlslass, we know they are 100% one and the same. And even if Renee isn't OutlanderBanter, she sure SUPPORTS her and her harassment of Sam, Cait, and Tony. There is NO denying the screencap proof and the connections.

Soooooo, Renee, don't THREATEN to come after me, go look up the "clean hands doctrine." When you go after someone and accuse them of harming you, your claims are null and void if you're not an innocent party aka your hands are not clean...and in your case, YOUR hands are very dirty, filthy, even.

I have NOT given Cait or Sam your name...but keep FALSELY accusing me of things I haven't done, and I WILL. THEIR lawyers would have a slam-dunk field day with you and YOUR LIBELOUS statements against them and their loved ones.

And it looks like Cait is ALREADY aware of both Renee's and OutlanderBanter's LIES and bad behavior. Look, they're both BLOCKED by Cait. And look at the dates. Right when they both DARED to Tweet crap about Cait and Tony's baby being Sam's. Mamma Balfe McGill don't play.

Anyhoooo, I'm annoyed I wasted time addressing this, but I'm glad I was able to set the record straight. Extreme Shippers forever lying and getting everything wrong. 🤦‍♀️

I am super confused at why there is so much infighting in the Outlander tumblr world. Is it because people have different opinions about Sam and Cait relationship or what is it exactly? It's very weird...

Oh, Anon...how much time do you have? Actually, it's me, I don't have the time, energy, or inclination to give you a detailed answer. This fandom is exhausting. So, let me try to give you some history but I can't promise it will be comprehensive.

Outlander has different groups of fans and within those groups, there are subgroups. These are the groups I can think of off the top of my head: original Outlander book fans, Outlander TV show fans, Outlander book and TV show fans, Wishful Shippers, Lalalala head in the clouds everything is fine Shippers, Extreme Shippers, Tinhat Shippers, Money Grubbing Shippers, Pretend Shippers with ulterior motives, Shippers with expendable incomes, mostly retirees, Shipper Sympathizers, Non-Shippers, Truthers, NSTs (Non-Shipper Truthers), Mean Girls, Haters, Trolls, Cait onlys, Sam onlys, Tobias onlys, Rik onlys, etc.

The main fighting has always been between SamCait Shippers and their subgroups, and ANYONE who accepted the TRUTH/REALITY, that there is no real SamCait.

Back in the day it was ALL of the Shippers and their subgroups against ME because I was the first to post insider source info confirming Sam and Cait weren't dating in real life. After that, I became persona non grata and there was a relentless witchhunt against me conducted by all the shippers. Luckily as time went by and as it became CLEAR I had been telling the truth, more and more people were willing to speak out publicly against shippers and their attacks on anyone who got in the way of the ship. Prior to that, they wouldn't do so publicly, because they had seen the level of daily harassment I received, and they were understandably afraid.

Extreme Shippers still like to propagate the legend of OmniPurv, that I am every account and I am everywhere. But the reality is that there are now MANY people who are fed up with Extreme Shippers' bad behavior, and they're no longer afraid to speak out.

As I said in a previous post, the current Sam and Cait haters are mostly disgruntled ex-shippers or shipper sympathizers, and the few existing shippers ban together with them. Because the mean girls have support from ex-shippers and current shippers, the natural enemy is still me and other non-shippers, hence fighting continues. Also, mean girls like to provoke fights just for shits and giggles, they're always fanning the flames--they seem to get some sick thrill from it.

So, the fight is STILL between shippers and non-shippers, but as is human nature, familiarity breeds contempt, and there is the inevitable INFIGHTING within each main group.

Shippers have had fights among themselves, with even more subgroups forming. The great shipper diaspora occurred years ago when the ex-shipper queen, Jess finally figured out Puffy was a faux shipper with ulterior motives and banned her from the shipdom. Puffy took her lackey, Amanda and they descended to Hades to a life of crime, which is extremely reckless, given that Amanda works for a government agency and Puffy gave herself away. But I digress... 

On the non-shipper side, we also had our infighting, mainly due to one person, but most non-shippers figured out what was what, and that infighting is over. It's been peaceful on this side ever since certain people got some sense served to them and they left us alone.

Soooo, Anon, I guess that was my attempt at "long story short," which for me is usually "long story longer" 😅. I'm sure I missed some stuff, but, oh well.

I just as in watched the series, read the 1st book 2 weeks ago just got into the Outlander fandom and WTF?! Honestly is there a guideline? A list of these people are sane and these aren't? Your blog scares me a bit tbh with all the crazies. I came back to tumblr to geek out, not... this? IDK this seems worse than Castle when it was still on. Any help for a newbie avoiding kindergarten and just wanting to geek out have a good time?

Hi, Anon, welcome to the madness hahaha! But I don't think the Outlander fandom is worse than other fandoms. All fandoms have their share of drama and nutjobs. It seems fandoms attract the same personality types: shippers, babygaters, conspiracy theorists, etc. I guess it's because most shows are based in fantasy, and people trying to escape real life gravitate toward fantasy. It's only a problem when people blur the lines between fantasy and reality. And sadly, that happens a lot in this fandom.

As for who to follow. TBH, I'm lazy, and basically just sit here and people send me info. As I've always said--I'm simply the messenger. Sooooo, I'm not the best person to ask about what blogs or accounts to follow.

But I CAN tell you what to avoid. If you go to a blog or account and see any of these words or phrases: SamCait, SamCaitForever, IWillGoDownWithThisShip, BurnDownThisFandom, antis, Mr.andMrs.Heughan, Sam and Cait's children, Sam is gay, Luke is Sam's boyfriend, "A friend of a friend of a friend went to drama school with Sam and....," Sam's PR, Jennifer Allen hires beards for Sam, Tony is gay, Tony is Cait's assistant, Tony is gay AND Cait's assistant, Tony is unemployed, Cait has no time for her fans, Sam milks his fans for money, "the narrative," TPTB aka The Powers That Be are controlling "the narrative," let's report Sam to TPTB for doing XY and Z, let's report Cait to TPTB for doing XY and Z, "I have 10 children and 50 grandchildren and I darn well tootin' know what a pregnant belly looks like," "We shippers are a group of very smart women, some of us are doctors, lawyers, scientists, don't tell us we only see what we want to see, we are very very very smart," "I've never seen other costars act the way Sam and Cait do with each other," "That account sounds like Purv, that must be Purv, here a Purv, there a Purv, everywhere a Purv, Purv is the AntiChrist."

If you’d been paying attention, you’d know that I post about Sam because I get info about Sam. That’s all. An Announcement...

A little while ago, I posted about feeling “Meh.” I chalked it up to the anniversary of my dad’s death approaching (it has passed). I was hoping I would be able to snap out of the funk I was in and be excited about posting on here again. Even if I didn’t have a new scoop, I could still reblog people or participate in discussions, but I’m still finding myself in total APATHY mode. I realized it was worse than ever this time when, even though I knew exactly where Sam and Graham were in the latest pic of them, I was “meh” about posting. Then when I got Anon Asks that Mackenzie was possibly back in NY and Sam was there too, I was “meh” about answering the Ask. Then now that there is a pic of Sam talking to Minka Kelly at a performance in NY, I’m totally “meh” about posting or speculating about it. It’s literally like I don’t have the energy to even write. And frankly, I don’t care that I don’t care. So, I don’t know if it’s depression, apathy, burn out or what, but I have well and truly lost my posting mojo. And I’m okay with it, or, you guessed it, “meh,” about the whole thing. 

BUT, I’m not leaving Tumblr or Twitter for TWO REASONS: 

1. The friendships I’ve made. I love my friends on here and in DM’s on Twitter and I don’t want to lose touch with you. I’ll still be on Tumblr and Twitter, available in DM’s, I just don’t feel like posting or speculating about anything Outlander related...at least for now. I’m over it. It’s been 5 years, so I guess it shouldn’t be a surprise. I’m bored. My main purpose was always to post source info about Cait being with Tony, and whoever Sam was dating. Well, I’ve done that. Finito.

2. I’m not leaving because I don’t want to give Extreme Shippers the satisfaction. For 5 years, ES tried everything to get me to stop posting, and nothing worked, not even incessant bullying of me, threats, attempted doxing, letter writing campaigns, or even a GoFundMe campaign, where the dumbest of the dumb forked over their money to try to “get” me, and NOTHING has worked. I’m still here, and will still be here. And you know why? Because a. I have the truth on my side about Sam and Cait, and I stayed to make sure it was out there, b. I haven’t been trolling or harassing ES in a LONG TIME, like I’m accused of still doing, so I have nothing to worry about because there is NO REAL proof of what they are accusing me of. Not one IP that belongs to me can be shown to have interacted with any ES in a long time. That is just lies that continue to be spread. Certain ES need to keep the legend of “big, bad Purv” alive for their own self-serving reasons. Anyone with half a brain figured that out a long time. Those who still believe I’m every sock account or Anon Ask, well...what can I say, to put it nicely, you’re idiots. :-) Simple as that. c. I’ve come to the realization that I’m the strongest bitch I know and no one will get rid of me. 

Sooooo, ES, isn’t it ironic, you’re ensuring that the one thing you’ve been wanting to happen for years, NEVER happens-- because of YOU I can never leave. You see me everywhere anyway. I might as well stay. You accuse me of being this account or that account or sending this Anon Ask or that one, when literally I have ONLY posted here and on my p_redux Twitter account for awhile  now. So if I left, which TBH, I would if not for you, you would continue to accuse me of secretly being here anyway, so I’m staying. If you would just stop posting about me, and forget about me, maybe I would leave, but since you’re still obsessed with me, I’ll still be here to give you something to obsess about. Good going, geniuses. You’re never getting rid of me. And just to prove to the 60 dumbasses who paid money to get rid of me that you were CONNED, I WILL come back once a week and post “I’m still here, bitches,” just so you know that my Tumblr was not taken down, and I am not in legal trouble, or any trouble...because I haven’t done what I’m accused of doing.
