Omotrack
Our names are Markús Bjarnason and Birkir Bjarnason. We are brothers and have been playing and composing music together since we were little. We were raised in Ethiopia in a small village called Omo Rat. The idea of our band's name, Omotrack, came from this small village.
The main instruments we use are electro drums, electric guitar, piano, synthesizers and brass instruments. We have received a number of suggestions to describe our music. Here are few of the suggestions: "Electro - pop", "Indie - electro" and "Lo-fi electro-rock". We are not sure which is true but we like the outcome.

The idea of our project is simple. We love making music and art, and we look forward to get feedback from listeners. We are making an album titled "Mono & Bright" and it will include nine songs. Backers will enjoy album delivery in USB sticks, but we also intend to sell and distribute our album via online streaming and / or downloading services. To each song we will create one graphic picture.
