#bnha 96#bnha 405#something about how All Might is next to Bakugou#the first one treats the sacrifice with respect#on the second#edgeshot is under bakugou#barely visible and he himself immediately trivializing his own contribution#just a reminder: All Might and Edgeshot did the exact same thing#they both sacrificed their own power to save bakugou#one is treated with respect and gravitas#the other not so much#i think with how gag-like edgeshot is#it's probably he will be returned to normal form through eri or whatever#but i've been thinking about this#and i don't like it#especially after the whole world's wishing energy focused on all might to keep him alive#i'm once again reminded that some lives matter#others not so much#and it's a messaging that i personally find very hard to stomach#i'm with Shigaraki on this#and he is right to point it out#how some people are disproportionately valued more than others#but i somehow doubt seeing this in the endgame#that this would be seriously addressed#rant over
