on the one hand, i fully recommend the one tab extension, it's a game-changer. on the other hand, the possibility of hoarding a countless amount of tabs a day has possibly lead me to living a life deeply rooted in hubris such as never i had known before.

There's a free extension on the chrome store called "One Tab" that allows you to send whatever tags you want to send to a neat little list just by clicking a button :) Downsides: You'll get too used to it, and indulge yourself, and end up with a list of thousands of tabs you'll never get around to looking :P But well, still more useful than bookmarking everything, and it allows you to leave bookmarks for actually important stuff :)

in one message you have a) provided me with a solution to my problems, b) accurately predicted my own inability to finish what I start when it comes to tabs, c) made me regret having such a mess in my bookmarks, it’s like Internet Explorer all over again, d) made me want to procrastinate fixing my problem in case it mutates into precisely the problem you predicted

so. uh. thank you. I’ll go open that One Tab add-on in another tab. then pin the tab. then forget about it and bookmark it and regret it later.
