Confessions of a quilter... Soooo I have a new addiction... It's called One Block Wonder. I have heard the term over the years but have never really known just what it was, or how awesome it is! Now, I have yet to make a One Block Wonder quilt, but I was shown this really awesome tool from http://oneblockwonder.com/design-helper/#. This little helper tool allows you to take a picture of any fabric and see what it would look like as a OBW quilt! So with a shop full of fabrics I ran around like a mad woman and did just that. I apologize in advance for the overload of screen shots, but I just have to share! I can't wait until I can make one of these beauties! One block wonder hexagons, here we go. After waiting a year or two after cutting fabric into repeats I have begun again. I am finding it is a slow steady forward process and so far not too complicated as I move forward step by step. I m looking forward with curiosity at how the final quilt will come together.
