Merrell x Camp4Collective’s One Trail Project

On September 1, 2018, 50 photographers set out on a trail in their respective states. Their collective goal was simple: to capture what they came across on the trails, specifically focusing on the diversity of landscapes and people who happened to be there.

Here are a few of my portraits from the Merrell x Camp4Collective collaboration project, One Trail.

Photo by 📷 @michaelclarkphoto Honored to work with @merrell on the #OneTrail campaign that just launched a few days ago. For this campaign Merrell worked with 50 photographers in all 50 states who all captured images of hikers out on the trail on September 1st, 2018. The resulting images are an amazing snapshot of the diverse range of people out there enjoying America’s trails. The timing on the launch of this is also quite perfect—especially at this moment after an election. We all have much more in common than otherwise. Thanks to #Merrell for celebrating that which brings us together and gives us joy. For New Mexico, I chose the Kasha-Katuwe Tent Rocks National Monument, which as can be seen in these images has a wild slot canyon. My thanks also to @camp4collective for all the hard work they went through wrangling each of us on this project and pulling it all together.
