I have been waiting for this ever since Jacob told me about this project one night at Steamie (Dirty D). And here we go, my another gift for Christmas which I am really happy to listen to because shit is DOPE! He is also a quarter of the group called the Sick Kids which includes Silvertongue, Teknique and Fin(?)

Few words about Onetzu, first time I met him and saw him spit it was at Spectrum Cyphers and it think it was one of the first ones. What I heard blew my mind away, to China and back, literally. His rhymes and words create such a brilliant and harmonic atmosphere. His lyrical context is really rich and he switches flows like Jigga when he was young.

Now, his sweet Lemonade that he made with the help of Sean El, DJ Sokol and DJ Blaze is his first EP and I am really surprised by what I've heard. But there's too much sea-food reference and I don't like sea-food, but fuck it, who cares. out of 5 tracks and 2 skits there is only one collab (Which is a good thing) with Teknique another young rapper from the 'burgh.

Production on this track is also really great, Sean El really put a lot of work into that but so did DJ Sokol and Blaze. I really like the amazing job all those guys put into this project.

Favorite track? It's between Fuck Face Feng Shui and Aftermath. This project is really ill and worth checking out. HEY Y'ALL!

Haven't updated the blog for a while but mainly because a lot of shit going on with college, personal life and also spending my SAAS money on booze and sneakers.

ANYWAYS!

What happened over past two weeks. Well, let me start with the sepctrum Cyphers and the Beat Competition that did not take place for SECOND time. If you announce an event at least make people want to do it not just dump them... ehh.

After that Dirty DISTRICT! (@STEAMIE) dope party with good people and great music. It's every week, you can sit down chat to people with a pint of cold beer and stuff yourself with some nachos and listen to good raps. It's a great place to network so if you're an artist, producer or a DJ I suggest you to hit up that place and everyone over there is friendly!

We got some Prophetic Justice (AyeQ and Thomson). Produced by them, written by them and cuts by DJ SOKOL. Now, I know AyeQ for quite a while now and he knows his shit and by releasing this track he prooved that he can spit well so did The Impact of Buddah (Thomson). Good bars lads, keep it going!

This one is from Edinburgh's duo Onetzu & Teknique. Now these two guys are on the come-up but trust me the love they get is unreal. On top of that we got Sean El with Onetzu on production which actually fits the bars they spit. Apparently there's gonna be an EP by Onetzu out soon!
