I love you all

First blog post, I think...ever.  

It's Valentine's day, 2/14/14.  I've been reflecting a lot on love lately.  I think I may have "lost" "love" this week, whatever that means to say.  Not like I "had" anything...we don't "own" or possess anything, love always there inside us.   And is it okay to say I had "love", even though we didn't say it?  I felt something, whether it's "love" in that sense or not, it was a sort of love.  

This same "lost love" told me (well, he inspired me) to blog...I always avoided it, but I figure I have nothing to lose, so here I am.  Plus, who the hell is reading this right now anyway!?! 

So, yeah, I've been focusing on LOVE lately.  My mantra the last few months has been "love...love...love".  Breathe it in, breathe it out; take love in, give love out.  I feel an immense amount of love for others and enjoy showing it through as much as I can.  I feel when it comes back to me, and that feels good...so peaceful and real.  Sucks when it doesn't, but that's not why we love, now is it?  We love to give and connect, make the world a happier place.  I guess sometimes timing is off and some people are just too afraid, fearful, and not ready to let in love...

I love you all.  

This is why OnlyAtoms exists -- out pure love and passion.  I'm taking a nerve-racking risk to follow a seven year dream, and I truly feel unattached to the outcome.  I'm grateful I found love in running, and I want to share it with the world.   I have a gift to give to others...fun running clothes to inspire all to have fun running! I want others to see how they too can love something so good, so natural, and so easy that brings them happiness and a better life.  

Because that's all we have...one life on this planet, and for what purpose besides love, happiness and a good life for all?  I mean, in the end, we're all only atoms...
