Powering through the Onnit 6 Challenge. Today’s workout got my t-shirt sweaty enough to warrant a picture. Doing the Bodyweight program for the challenge. Week 3, Day 2 had me doing Speed Kills, and boy did it ever. Iactually felt like I was just one rep from throwing up during my second to last round. Breathing kept things where they are supposed to be, however. 😅 The chosen adversity of these intense workouts has really helped me keep my spirits lifted through the processing of some difficult thoughts and emotions. Exercise is good therapy. The human body was meant for movement. 🤙🤙💪😎 Photo description for my blind and vi brothers and sisters: Joshua stands with a slight grin and a month’s worth of beard growth on his face. His dark gray 2019 USA Surfing National Adaptive Surfing Championships t-shirt is soaked with sweat. @onnit @gqdojo @alohaadventurer @surfightjj @sifusingh @usasurfing @isasurfing #BlindSurfer #getonnit #onnit6challenge #GuardianStrong #surfight #inspiredsurfers #TeamUSA #SightBeyondSight #TheWayIsInTraining #ProfessionalAdventurer #JoshuaTheJedi #AdventureMind https://www.instagram.com/p/CL8va2tJtL6/?igshid=1mgjd6sxp0u68
