Today was a rad day! I surfed in the morning. In the afternoon, I recorded a sick podcast episode with a friend who is a world champion competitive fighter and all around cool human being. This evening, I clocked in another piece of my #onnit6challenge by closing the day with some Black Swan Yoga with JJ Pepper. Amused to realize I was wearing my DDP Yoga t-shirt I earned when I first hit 100 k points on the DDPY app. Diamond Dallas Page and JJ’s personalities and workouts are, on the surface, quite different. There are some striking similarities, if you look just a little closer.
