Just… what do we do? Genuine question, what are the options now? Just take the fight to all fifty states at once? The Supreme Court isn’t changing anytime soon. The President can only do so much alone. Congress is stuck without 60 votes in the Senate, which hasn’t happened for either party since the ’70s (though ftr it was the Dems then—Rs haven’t had 60 Senate seats since 1909). So what do we do? I hate being so negative and I know they want us to feel helpless but I really don’t know what our best path forward is here.
