Maybe a monolingualist? A person who regards able-bodied people as superior over disabled people is an ableist, so even though it’s not really the same concept a monolingualist could be someone who delights in their monolingualism? I don’t know.

don't worry; it's an easy mistake to make and such words are really horrifically deeply ingrained into common vocabulary. The important thing is that you reacted appropriately to being told such a term used casual ableism by apologising and trying not to do the same again
